Change of Mind: Items must be in original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene standards, sleep masks cannot be returned if they have been worn. Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer's expense.

If your device fails to charge or operate, we do not make you send it back to the factory. You return it to our Australian support hub, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
